Process Explanation:
1. Panel Transfer:

After a sandwich panel is formed and exits the press, it is transported to the cooling system.

2. Cooling Plate Roller Table:

The panel is typically turned over and placed onto a lower cooling plate roller table by a fork assembly.

3. Conveyance and Cooling:

The panel is then moved away from the fork by an outward moving mechanism and conveyed through the cooling system, often utilizing ambient air or other cooling methods to reduce its temperature.

4. Transition to Next Process:

Once cooled, the panel is conveyed via a transition roller table to the subsequent stages of the production line, such as stacking or packing.

Features:

Automatic motion and the lifting operation can be controlled by the sensor.

Rotary motion is driven by the brake motor and completing its single rotation having the minimum duration of 90 minutes and maximum depends upon the panel thickness.

Having 98 no’s of slots for picking the panel length of 2.5 meters to 14 meters.

User friendly arrangement which reduces the manpower efforts.
